  • All prices are in USD. All orders ship from our studio in Cincinnati, OH.

    DOMESTIC

    All domestic USA orders in the contiguous US will be shipped UPS ground. Alaska, Hawaii, and PR orders will be shipped USPS.

    INTERNATIONAL

    All international orders will be shipped UPS international. MEMOR is not responsible for charges that may incur after shipping. Please contact info@shopmemor.com for rates or questions before purchasing. Refunds may be issued for overages.

  • Please refer to the listing you purchased from for the most accurate turn around times. Times are subject to changed based on our current order volume. We are a small team and all products are made to order and packed with care. We thank you for our patience. Due to COVID-19 exposure, some pending packages will have delayed drop-off times.

    PHONE CASES

    In stock cases will ship in approximately 3-6 weeks after order. Preorder ship time may vary.

    FRAMES

    All frames are made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for your item to ship.

    VASES

    Ready to ship vases will ship in approximately 10 business days unless otherwise indicated.

    CUSTOM VASES

    Current turn around time is approximately 3 months from date of order.

    JEWELRY

    Necklaces and earrings should ship within one week of purchase.

    All currently available cases will be for purchase under here. Cases weigh approximately 5.5 oz or less depending on size and style of phone. Right now we are only offering iPhone cases for generations iPhone 7- iPhone 15. For most accurate wait times please refer to listing at purchase.

    PHONE CASE CARE

    As an object that withstands frequent daily use we ask that you expect due amount of wear and tear. If there is damage to your case when it arrives or just days after arrival please contact us at info@shopmemor.com. To clean your case we recommend using car detailing gel to get any dust or debris out of the small crevices of your case.

    PHONE CASE SHIPPING

    We use UPS ground for domestic (USA) and UPS Expedited for all non USA international packages. USA $10-$20, Canada $30-$40, International (rest of the world) $40. Please allow for delays due to COVID-19.

    FIND MY PHONE TYPE

    Please be sure to order the case that fits your phone. To check go to “settings” > click your name or Apple ID > scroll down to “iPhone”> see “this iPhone….” with your model.

    REPAIRS

    Please email us if you are interested in a repair. While we cannot make repairs to the phone case itself, we offer free repairs to the mosaic application on our phone cases. Customers within the US are responsible for shipping the case to us, and after the repair we will send the case back free of charge. Customers outside the US are responsible for shipping both ways, and the cost of the repair itself is free.

    It’s likely that we cannot fully restore the case to its original state, but we’ll do everything possible to extend the life of the piece for you. If you need to send your case back for a repair please follow the instructions below.

    I. Pack your case in paper or bubble wrap to protect during transit. Please use a small box instead of padded envelope to ensure the safe shipment of your case. Include any objects or pieces from your case if applicable.

    II. Inside the box include your name, order number, and write “repair”.

    III. Ship using UPS or FedEx, we have delivery issues with USPS at our studio

    IV. Contact us for shipping address.

    HOW LONG WILL MY PHONE CASE LAST?

    You can expect to see more wear and tear to your case around 6-9 months. However, similar to a pair of shoes, the lifespan of the object largely depends on the way it is used. Discoloration, tarnishing, or damage may result from daily use, exposure, and frequent handling or dropping.

    HOW CAN I INCREASE THE LIFESPAN OF MY CASE?

    We find the clear cases, which are made from a hard plastic (as opposed to the other cases which are soft silicone like the Apple cases) last the longest. If you are accident prone or hard on your phone we recommend this option.

    To avoid stretching the case itself, limit taking your case off your phone. If you frequently take your case on and off your phone, we recommend purchasing a clear case. Do not pick, peel, or pull at your case. Or do! But expect wear and tear in those places.

    Please note we always offer free repairs. Within the US, you are responsible for shipping the case to us and we will send your case back to you, after the repair, free of charge.

    For customers outside the US, you are responsible for shipping both ways. The cost of the repair itself is free. Please email us if you are interested in a repair. We cannot make repairs to the case itself, only the mosaic application. It’s likely that we cannot fully restore the case to its original state but will do everything possible to extend the life of the piece for you.

    Ideas for reusing your case after it’s lifecycle or after upgrading your phone:

    Frame it! Gift or donate. Remove the objects from the mosaic application and send back to us for reuse!

    ALLERGY AND SAFETY INFORMATION

    We do not recommend any of our products for people with known or suspected allergies to latex, metals, silicone, plastics, plaster, glues, plaster, or other construction-grade materials. Our sand, black, and white cases are liquid silicone cases similar to those you would buy at an Apple Store, and the clear cases are made of plastic. Our phone cases are made with small charms, shells, ceramics, glass, etc. that may become loose. They are not suitable for children under 3.

  • For any changes to orders already placed please contact us at info@shopmemor.com. You will be advised to place your order again with the updated information and we will cancel your original order.

  • Returns and Exchanges are not accepted. In the event your item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item please report within the first 48 hours of delivery.

  • All items in Curio Shop sections “Petite”, “Medius”, and “Magna” are ADD ONS ONLY. These must be purchased in your cart with a Memor custom vase or phone case. For customizing other Memor products with curio shop items, please contact us before purchasing.

    TO PURCHASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

    STEP I: CHOOSE A MEMOR CUSTOM PRODUCT (CASE OR VASE)

    You will first need to make sure you have the Memor custom product you wish to customize in your cart, and ready to buy. This could be a phone case or vase. If you have questions about customizing our other products, please email us so we can provide the correct sizing information. All items listed in the curio shop, with the exception of our “Artifacts” section at the very bottom, are designed to be add-ons only. If you ONLY purchase a curio shop item from the “Petite”, “Medius”, or“Magna” section, your order will be cancelled and the item will be restocked.

    STEP II: CHOOSE YOUR OBJECTS BASED ON SIZING AND SCALE RECOMMENDATIONS

    Once you have the phone case or vase you intend to purchase in your cart, you can shop our various sections below that are grouped by size Petite, Medius, and Magna. In order for the scale of the objects to appropriately fit your piece, please follow the sizing guidelines at the top of each section (ex. Choose UP TO 3 Petite objects per phone case purchased)

    If you plan to purchase items from multiple sections, please contact us if you have sizing questions or order fewer larger objects where possible.

    STEP III: READY TO PURCHASE?

    When purchasing Curio objects please select a style or color palette for your case or vase, in step 2 as normal for the checkout process for the item. Click add to cart. Any additional space that is left after your curio objects will be filled with the objects from the style you have selected back in step 2 of the vase or case product page. Your curio objects will arrive as a part of your new piece, embedded into the design of your Memor product.

    More information about each object can be found by clicking on the listing photo where you will see the exact measurements. Items in our artifact section at the bottom do not need to be purchased alongside another Memor product.

    Vase and mosaic pieces: Vases collections are typically launched seasonally spring/summer and fall/winter. Periodically between large collection releases, we will offer new products or smaller collections. If you need a piece or gift by a specific date it’s best to place a custom order with 4 months lead time.
